In order to maintain the dignity of our service and site, Bookedyou requests that you only post pictures that are deemed respectable and appropriate. Although many sites claim ownership of client pictures, Bookedyou is pleased to be announce that any photos, videos, or files is the sole property of the user that posted them. We DO NOT have the right to use them in any way. Should you feel that your items are being used without your consent, you are encouraged to bring these concerns to us immediately. Each member may post a profile picture but this picture must be of the individual and is recommended that you post a front profile face picture. Any member posting nude, sexual, derogatory or offensive photos might face account suspension pending an investigation.
Please note that any photo’s or video’s portraying illegal acts such as but not limited to child pornography, rape, assault, terrorism and drugs, WILL be referred to the appropriate authorities along with any evidence we have to assist in your prosecution. Although Bookedyou respects your privacy we believe such action (stated above) is a complete violation of human dignity. Any user that comes across such images is expected to report them. Help us eradicate such vile practices from the Internet and the world.
Bookedyou understands that there are many businesses or individuals that may use the site to promote their service however any business that does so must be inline with our code of ethics. Any businesses that promote pornography, sex, drugs, violence etc. are strictly forbidden from using our service.
Any user that is harassed by another user is encouraged to come forth and identify the perpetrator. Although we respect the freedom of speech of an individual Bookedyou has zero tolerance for any form of harassment, this includes but not limited to; bullying, racism, sexism, issuing threats, using offensive language etc. Any user committing these offences will have their account automatically suspended. Should you feel that you have been wrongfully accused please send us an email, which could be found on our “Contact Us” page located on our Home Page or by using the “Red flag” button should one be available. Please Note that any user wrongfully accusing another will also face account suspension.
Users are able to delete their account, however please note that this process takes 30days to compete thus giving the user time to reconsider their action. Once an account is deleted all information in your account will be deleted with it, this includes messages, files, photos, videos, all booking information. This action cannot be undone. If you wish cancel the account deletion process all you have to do is log back in within the 30day deadline. It is therefore recommended that you suspend your account instead.
Failure of either Party to insist upon strict performance of any provision of this or any Agreement or the failure of either Party to exercise any right or remedy to which it, he or they are entitled hereunder shall not constitute a waiver thereof and shall not cause a diminution of the obligations under this or any Agreement. No waiver of any of the provisions of this or any Agreement shall be effective unless it is expressly stated to be such and signed by both Parties.
In order to maintain the authenticity of the site, user’s MUST provide their real (legal) name and date of birth in order to create a valid account. Should there be any suspicion that the vital information you provide is untrue, you may be asked to verify your account. It is strongly recommended that each user verify their account in order to help prevent fake accounts from adding you to their contact list.
The laws of the Canadian constitution govern these terms and conditions. By accessing this website, you consent to these terms and conditions and to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts in all disputes arising out of such access. The Company reserves the right to change these conditions from time to time as it sees fit and your continued use of the site will signify your acceptance of any adjustment to these terms. If there are any changes to our privacy policy or terms and conditions, we may announce that these changes have been made on our home page and on other key pages on our site (send personal messages). If there are any changes in how we use our site customers’ Personally Identifiable Information, notification by e-mail or postal mail will be made to those affected by this change. Users are permitted to use Bookedyou as an intermediary to create community friendly events for users/public to join. Users Acknowledge Bookedyou takes no responsibility nor endorses any events posted on bookedquest. Users must contact event creators to resolve any disputes related to any event. If user’s pay to join an event on booked quest, any refund request must be made to the event creator. -Note: Bookedyou booking fees(event/schedule) are non-refundable under any circumstances. -Note: In order to accept payments for bookings, users must create a STRIPE account.
Sub-accounts are accounts that business’ can purchase for a monthly fee (Billed).
All accounts must verify their credentials before accepting payment.

Bookedyou does not store any banking or credit card info of our users. All credit card info shared is done between the paying user and STRIPE
